Experience Light 2012 accepts proposals for oral presentations and posters presentations. The conference will follow a thorough blind peer reviewing process for oral presentations in order to guarantee the quality and relevance of the work presented. Extended abstracts and poster abstracts should be uploaded to the conference website before the respective deadlines. A link to the upload site will be available soon.

The format for oral presentations is a four-page extended abstract (about 2500 words). Abstracts should include all author names, an introduction of the research, a method and results section, and a discussion. A MS Word template for extended abstracts can be downloaded here. Next to the extended abstract in MS Word Format an anonymous version in pdf format should be submitted. After acceptance, authors are invited to submit a revised version of their extended abstract to the conference website in MS Word format.

Poster Presentations

Poster abstracts are single page (about 500 words) and should be submitted to the conference website in MS Word format. A MS Word template for poster abstracts can be downloaded here. Poster abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.
